Gerard Piqué, former Spanish footballer and ex-partner of Shakira, recently made headlines when he was spotted with a woman in Miami. The sighting, which was shared by Telemundo, led to rumors about a potential problem in his current relationship with Clara Chía Martí, whom he has been with for almost three years.
Piqué was seen at a restaurant called "Factoría de Azúcar," owned by Cuban entrepreneur Ángel Sánchez, with a woman who had red hair. This sparked speculation about the state of his relationship. However, Spanish paparazzi Jordi Martín, who had previously revealed Piqué’s relationship with Clara Chía, reached out to Sánchez for clarification.
Sánchez confirmed that Piqué arrived at the restaurant with his friend WestCol and WestCol’s girlfriend. He explained that Piqué was not alone with the woman, and there was no romantic connection. Martín emphasized that the rumors about a breakup were completely false.
Piqué had been in Miami for business reasons and also visited his children, Milan and Sasha, while in the U.S. Afterward, he reportedly met Clara Chía in San Sebastián when she returned from a work trip to France.
Despite the media attention, there is no indication that Piqué and Clara Chía’s relationship is in trouble.
